This living and working space was designed as a sanctuary for a freelance illustrator, blending comfort, functionality, and inspiration.
The layout balances personal and professional needs, featuring a dedicated workspace with conference rooms, ample storage, and customized workstations to foster creativity and productivity.
Natural elements seamlessly enhance the modern minimalist aesthetic. A glass roof bathes the space in daylight, while wooden flooring adds warmth. Rain cascades over the transparent roof, creating a dynamic, ever-changing facade that deepens the connection to nature.
A balanced palette of brown and white grounds the space. Earthy wood tones offer warmth, while crisp white surfaces enhance light and openness. This interplay of color and texture fosters a calming retreat that nurtures creativity and well-being.
